A PITBULL-cross that mauled a four-year-old girl to death had never displayed signs of aggression, an inquest into her death has heard.
Ayen Chol died after a dog owned by Melbourne man Lazor Josevski charged into a St Albans house in August last year and mauled her as she clung to her mother’s leg.
An inquest began at Melbourne Magistrates Court last Monday.
In April, Josevski, 57, pleaded guilty to four charges over the attack.
He was fined $11,000 last month. The inquest continues.
