Nepean Hospital: taking complaints seriously

NEPEAN Hospital’s general manager Kevin Hedge said all complaints were taken seriously and every effort made to improve services.

“Poor cleaning standards are unacceptable and we are constantly exploring new methods to provide the cleanest environment possible for patients, staff and visitors,” Mr Hedge said.

“We encourage all patients and visitors to inform staff if they notice an area of the hospital that requires attention, so the issue can be addressed as soon as possible.

“Our general services team do their very best to maintain all areas of the hospital.

“Audits are also conducted once a month to ensure cleanliness standards are being met.”
